Saunders Global Diplomacy was founded in 2022 by two longtime friends and colleagues, Laura Magnus and Jessica Lycos. Laura had spent 16 years as a state lobbyist in Arizona, building an impressive record of legislative wins and deep client trust. Jessica emerged from the campaign world and Capitol Hill, where her network and instincts for political strategy became highly sought after. Having known each other since 2012, the two recognized that together they could create a non-traditional firm in Washington that had unparalleled access and deliver real results.
